Perfection, scared, depression, somatisation
Last night i seriously freaked out. Im so scared of eating, the whole concept scares me, i cry after each meal i have. Today I gorged on a McDonalds, it was so big im crying i feel that guilty. I really cant end up back in hospital, there all expecting it to happen. Im trying to stay strong for my Dad and my twin, but its so hard. Every time they leave the house I binge and purge. I cant keep letting them down.
